At Samarchi International, we've been supplying premium exotic fruits & vegetables to India's leading quick commerce platforms including Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Now, and First Club for the past two years.

We're looking for an Operations Manager who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and ensuring smooth day to day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, ground-level role, not a desk job.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations
• Handle inventory and stock management
• Ensure timely order fulfilment (daily indents)
• Supervise the packing team
• Maintain quality control and packaging standards
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-time dispatches

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲?

• Freshers with the right attitude
• B.Sc. (Agriculture) graduates preferred; other management graduates are also welcome
• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Willing to work full-time from our warehouse in Kompally, Hyderabad
